The day was full of little gems that I use to work both with individual and groups: - The importance of a clear plan/thinking and how it affects the work - How to allow participants to feel safe and listened while giving them feedback - communication touch" instead of "hands on" - The airplane plan (take care of yourself to take care of your students) - Activities: how to introduce, lead and help all the group. Also, it was loads of fun. (P.S. That hotseat burned my arse!)
