For 35 years Jeremy has been studying and teaching the Compass - an original use of the Enneagram to describe the process of an Alexander lesson. It is based on Alexander's story in UOS "Evolution of A Technique" and is integral to the Teacher Training in Japan. It is explained as part of the Group Teaching Course.
Group Teaching CourseTeacher Training at BodyChance in Japan
Since 1999 Jeremy has been developing a unique model of training, based on the Japanese system of "Stages of Learning" such as the coloured belt systems used in the Martial Arts. This is a video captured of Jeremy giving some Japanese an introduction to the BodyChance Training - talking less about the whole training, more about the "First Stage of Training". In BodyChance, there are in fact 5 stages of learning - with the core program involving 3 Stages.
